Rental rates include all utilities, basic cable and wi-fi, daily restaurant-style served meals, and all daily activities. Plus, Edencrest is a pet-friendly community!
Memory care units are located in a safe and secure wing of the building. Rental rates include 24/7 caring team with a registered nurse on call, housekeeping and laundry services, personal emergency call system, and daily activities developed for our memory care residents.
At Edencrest, we believe that every resident deserves care tailored to their unique needs. That’s why we offer Individualized Service Plans, designed to provide the right level of support while promoting independence and well-being.
Your journey begins with a Personalized Wellness Review conducted by our experienced nursing team. This thorough assessment evaluates your needs, preferences, and lifestyle to ensure the best possible care plan. Based on this review, you will be placed into one of five customized service packages, ensuring you receive just the right amount of assistance—nothing more, nothing less.
Our five-tiered care approach allows for seamless transitions as your needs evolve. Whether you require minimal support with daily tasks or more comprehensive assistance, our compassionate team is here to provide dignified, responsive, and proactive care every step of the way.
Memory Care residents will be assessed for an additional level of care service, which would be in addition to the monthly rent. These services are based on the assessment by a nurse of the Individualized Service Plan and time spent with your loved one. Assessments will be conducted by a nurse on pre-move, 30 days, 90 days, annually and/or with any change of condition. This assessment determines the Individualized Service Plan for the resident.
Residents may choose to add on services each month such as guest meals, tray service, additional laundry service, private transportation, RN services, etc.
A one-time fee will be due at move-in to cover upkeep, replacement of carpet or apartment repair and general maintenance.
Independent Living Rental rates starting – $2,700
Assisted Living Rental rates starting – $4,950
Respite Care: $200
Rental rates starting at $6,700
Respite Care: $250
Independent Living: $1,000 + ISP fees
Assisted Living / Memory Care: $1,700 + ISP fees
The charges for additional assistance with Activities of Daily Living are based on the total minutes of assistance needed by the resident. The Individualized Service Plan is billed in 15-minute increments allowing us to charge for ONLY the services you require.
Resident Assistant: $13 per 15 mins
Registered Nurse: $28 per 15 mins
Memory Care residents will have a maximum service rate of $1,200. This would be in addition to the monthly rent. These services are based on the individualized service plan based on the assessment by a nurse and time spent with your loved one
Level 1: $625 (6-10.99 hours per week)
Level 2: $900 (11-15.99 hours per week)
Level 3: $1,200 (16+ hours per week)
