Pleasant Hill, IA – Hubbell Realty Company has completed its ninth Edencrest™ senior living community
with Edencrest at Pleasant Hill.
Edencrest Living communities, which are managed by Hubbell’s Highmark Senior Living property management division, span across central Iowa. This $13 million community has 70 homes: 44 assisted living homes and 26 memory care homes. This community is in the rapidly expanding city of Pleasant Hill, surrounded by walking trails, parks, and restaurants as well as golf courses and surrounding Pleasant Hill housing communities.
