Waukee, IA – Hubbell Realty Company has completed its eighth Edencrest™ senior living community with Edencrest at Kettlestone and welcomes the public to a grand opening on Thursday, June 27 from 4-7PM.
Edencrest Living communities, which are managed by Hubbell’s Highmark Senior Living property management division, span across central Iowa. This $22 million community has 80 homes, – 40 assisted living homes, 20 memory care homes, and 20 independent living homes. This community is in the KeeTown Loop and rapidly expanding Kettlestone district, surrounded by walking trails, boutiques, and restaurants as well as music venues and surrounding Waukee housing communities.

Two more Edencrest communities will open in the next year in Pleasant Hill and Adel.
